producing drawing frame and carding machine,located in the east of
Lan-Yan Line Jiangjiapo railway station, 20km away from Lancun railway
station and Ji-Qing highway express, and 23km away from Jimo urban
area. The railroad and road transportation is quite convenient.
Qingdao Yunlong Textile Machinery Co.. Ltd. is established by shareholders
of Qingdao Jimo No.1 Textile Machinery Factory, located inside Qingdao
Garment Industrial Zone of Jimo city and in the south of Qing-Wei
Road. The corporation develops new-type textile machinery. The corporation
has all kinds of processing capability such as sand casting, mechanical
processing, forging, cold pressing, assembly, and heat treatment etc
and has a physic-chemical laboratory with three-coordinate measuring
machine and many other metering devices. Owing city-grade technical
center, the company has been appraised as high technology enterprise
and pass through the ISO9000 Quality System Certificate.
The main equipment includes: five sets of horizontal & vertical
machining center as well as table machining center, one set of plane
grinder, one set of plane miller, three set of table planers, resin-bonded
sand casting equipment & cleaning equipment and about 100 sets
of other equipment. It has a production capacity of 200 sets of textile
equipment per month.
