2． Waving shelf spring adding pressure, no need to regulate for adding
pressure, the pressure is steady and dependable.
3． Drafting drive adopts the tooth belt and gear drive, the gear in
the fixed central distance is completely oil bathed, the machine runs
at a high speed, smooth and steady and with a low noise.
4． The can coiler adopts screw curve slanting tube, suitable for high
speed; the forming is good.
5． Up cleaning adopts intermission style turning belt, down cleaning
is to and fro swing coiler, the cleaning effect is good.
6． The distribution in wind route is rightful, the up and down wind-absorbing
amount can be regulated, the amount of wind is suitable.
7． Guide sliver adopts energetic style feeding, sliver break self-ceasing
is flexible and dependable.
8． The main motor adopts double-coil and double-speed scheming, the
machine automatically turns to high speed running after low speed
running, the start is smooth and steady, adopts capacitance brake
to ease the shock the brake is steady and swift, able to ease the
effect towards sliver when operating the truck.
9． The total drafting commutation gear adopts fixed central distance
position change gear, few components change, high drive accuracy,
and simple operation.
10. Adopt the OAD and base design of A272 drawing machine, esp. suitable
for the improvement of A272 series drawing machine in the old factory
