FA387 Type Digitization Draw Frame
FA387 Type Digitization Draw Frame is the most advanced draw frame, which collected digitization and intelligent control together.This type machine adopts 5 over 4 double zone curvilinear drafting system with pressure bar,and adopts digitization technology to modulate the sliver’s weight without changing light and weight teeth-gears,so its weight –control precision could be up to ±0.05g/5m.In order to meet different textile technology,we can govering all the tension everywhere.Electric adopts PLC control,inverter modulating speed,therefore it realizes man –machine dialogue really.

FA233A Carding Machine
This type of Carding Machine owns special three roller stripping cotton mechanism,which apply convertor to realize stepless speed for doff.It also achieve man-machine conversation with touch screen.The stationary flat adopts 3 front 3 and carding segment under licker-in are fitted,clinder running in reverse of flats,which could pefectly realize the function of cading and cleaning foreign substance,so it improves the web quality.Flat stripping the cotton is replaced by brushing roller and cleaning roller .

● Application
